Respond to the area, West 210 Lorain. Female there reporting she was in an Uber. The Uber driver told her to get out of the vehicle. He did not want to take her to her location. When he drove away, he ran over her foot. She's still in the area. She does sound possibly intoxicated. West 210 Lorain.
