411. 411. Yeah, we just tried attempting a traffic stop on a red ATV headed downtown on Fort Street by West Grand Boulevard. Driven by a light-skinned black male wearing a gray tank top. He pulled off before we could make contact. Just want to confirm, you're not in pursuit? Negative. Affirm. All units be advised for safety. Scouts had a red ATV flee from traffic, headed downtown, last seen at Fort and West Grand Boulevard.
