Draper 40, Draper 65, copy for illegal fireworks slash traffic hazard? 40. 65. It's going to be at this in a mark, 12129 South State Street. Just outside of that location, they are seeing three separate vehicles full of people throwing fireworks outside of their vehicles. Looks like the vehicles are circling the parking lot well. It's a black sedan, a gray SUV, and a white SUV. Unknown makes and models. Caller's advising possible juvenile.
