1846, copy. 236, 62, 104 Avenue Southeast. There's a unit that can back the subject in the parking lot. He's carrying a large stick and screaming, possibly some mental health issues. It's a Black male, 30s, 5'6", slim build, with a hat and black clothing and a backpack. Looks like he walked around towards Paulo's and the RP lost visual.
