45, responding to Bingham Creek Regional Park, 100200 South, 5000 West. There's a 9-year-old male who has kicked a girl in the back twice, was throwing phones, swearing, and got into the mother's face. Negative weapons, drugs, or alcohol. The male was last seen running from his father. He got aggressively close to mom and the child there. They are denying medical at this time.
