Person with a gun, 69 and Laughlin, going westbound towards Ashland. The caller said it's an open line, a male talking in the background, saying two male Blacks and a female Hispanic and a female Black are walking westbound on 69th. The male showed the caller a handgun, the male Black wearing all black with joggers, sandals, no socks, and the second male Black wearing all black with a gray and red Nikes. No further.
