Another armed encounter on foot, 1515 South Buckner Boulevard, started off as a disturbance with a different complainant reporting an argument going on between an unknown number of people. Now upgraded due to another caller calling in, stating that there's a disturbance over hit-and-run collision. One Latino male suspect has a firearm in his waistband, is pulling up his shirt and threatening parties at the location. The armed suspect is a Latino male, black shirt with white design, black pants, and white shoes. The parties are behind the listed business. Suspect has four additional suspects with him, all threatening the complainant's group of five. Suspect has additional suspect and a Chevy Silverado arriving at location at this party.
