District 3, information, information on a 505, but a 981 is located, last seen 10th and T Street. There was a silver Volkswagen Jetta that was northbound 10th. They said the driver was possibly in distress. They veered across all the lanes to turn and then did not move at green light for quite a while. Driver was a female, no further description, possibly also had a passenger, no description in the vehicle. Again, northbound 10th at T Street. Silver Volkswagen Jetta. Is there.
