Unit attention, District 3 units, be on the lookout for about 10 juveniles riding in the middle of the street, going south on 28th and N like Nora. Almost hit a vehicle. Most are wearing light-colored t-shirts, dark sweatpants, no weapons seen. Security clear, 1711 hours.
