Valley, Lake Pleasant. 21655 North Lake Pleasant Parkway. For a male juvenile that attempted to shoplift and was trying to take alcohol. As he was taking the alcohol, he did drop his phone and then returned for his phone. Hispanic male, heavy set, about 15 years old, black polo shirt, black shorts, headphones, and a duffel bag. They would like him trespassed. He's going to be at the middle entrance near the pharmacy sign.
