They, CHP had a footbill after a failed at a yield. It's going to be a male, Black adult, 6 foot, wearing a white shirt, red shorts, long dreads. He's last going southbound. Sam 6, I copy. Attention all units, information from CHP. They had a foot bail after a failure to, correction, a slow to yield at Lemon Hill Avenue and Samson Boulevard in the county. They're requesting units if someone's close. Male, Black adult, 6 foot tall, white shirt, red shorts, long dreads. And that's at Lemon Hill Avenue and Samson Boulevard for a CHP foot bail.
