1402 Mercer Street between Lupton Drive and Dixie Circle. 1402 Mercer Street. Caller advised there were three teenage males. They looked like they were trying to get into the abandoned mill at this property, roughly between the ages of 12 and 16. All three were white male with brown hair, wearing darker colored t-shirts and gym shorts. It was a delay of five minutes, and the reporting party is no longer on scene. He was just passing by.
