1731 Boy, show you en route, code 2. It's going to be a traffic hazard, 59 inbound, I-10. It's going to be southbound on the left shoulder, before the Hamilton exit. Female's on the shoulder, male keeps getting in and out of the vehicle. It's going to be a black female wearing a lime green dress. Suspect 2 is a black male wearing a black shirt, black pants.
