They had a lady cop out of uniform walking back and forth across the street on Eva and Plato and they were pulling over cars and ticketing whoever didn’t stop for her. It is a 4way street but no crosswalk signs are present so that was also a shock to me.. at least 30 cars pulled over near Robert and Plato

Yes. Counted 8 LEO cars and I think it’s for distracted driving.
Just came through here a bit ago and saw 4 people get pulled over in one block in one minute. No exaggeration Be careful out there people.
They had a lady cop out of uniform walking back and forth across the street on Eva and Plato and they were pulling over cars and ticketing whoever didn’t stop for her. It is a 4way street but no crosswalk signs are present so that was also a shock to me.. at least 30 cars pulled over near Robert and Plato
