24, it's going to be at Albert Davis Park, 12526 27 Avenue Northeast. Says there's a male that's with a dog. The male was passed out in front of an RV that's parked by the park. No obvious injuries, no drug paraphernalia. Going to be an unknown race male with a light-colored sweater and jeans. Has a pit bull next dog. It's 12526 27 Avenue Northeast.
