Good evening. 401 East Liberty, 401 East Liberty, for the location. Caller asked S1 to stop urinating outside. He grabbed a sharpened stick, chased caller while trying to stab him with it. Caller's safe inside the building now, but S1's still outside on the bench. Black male, black jacket, blue shirt, black shorts.
