An harassment in progress, 408 Otisco Street, just occurred actually. 408 Otisco, right across the street from Skiddy Park. Caller's a Chris Donahue, showing possible OCS or warrant for AUL. Regarding seven to eight middle schoolers in this backyard with Orbeez guns. They have since left her in Skiddy Park now at 1809.
