813. Got a disturbance on the beat for 255 West 63rd at the Merced Medical Center. Couple calls came in. Hispanic male, dark complexion, wearing a black shirt and checkered black and red pajama pants. He was last seen headed eastbound on the south side of the street going from business to business. He was refusing to leave the clinic. Appeared to be intoxicated, wore on drugs, unknown. 10-4.
