23 and a unit to back for a welfare check. 23. It's going to be at Harmon's, 114-53 South Parkway Plaza Drive, 3720 West. Time lapse of 5 minutes. Complainant stating there was a juvenile that was screaming in the Harmon's parking lot, and the parents were screaming at the juvenile to be quiet. Says that they were never rough with him. When complainant left, they were sitting in a red Nissan Murano Alpha 110 Hotel Whiskey. No further. 23, I copy, en route. 1540.
