Copy.Fox 122, Valley 114, copy on a suspicious. Fox 122. 14. 3500 South, 3600 West, there's a male walking in the middle of the road, swearing at people. He was last seen going eastbound. They believe he could possibly be intoxicated on drugs. He's wearing a black and white backpack, all black clothing, 23-year-old white male with orange blonde hair. I'll advise if I get pertinent further.
