Box 396, all fire has been extinguished, search of the top floor, Alpha and Bravo stairways, and all elevators negative. We have to shut down both elevators due to the water condition in the hallway and the shafts, so notify Housing for a priority response. Authority of Battalion Chief, Guard and Battalion 35, we'll use all hands under control, no additional units.J 25 to Brooklyn.
