I just had that on my block and respectfully that block needs to come together and rake over the sewer cap and it will all go down. My street is completely fine now because I spent 5 min out there!

I just had that on my block and respectfully that block needs to come together and rake over the sewer cap and it will all go down. My street is completely fine now because I spent 5 min out there!
