128, 377 area, check for the suspicious person, possible prowler. 10-4. South 19th Street and South Durango. Last seen walking eastbound on 19th. Black male, 30s, 6'1", thin, black hair, blue and black beanie, wearing a blue jacket with blue and white stripe. He's carrying a large box, possibly posing as a postal worker. RP believes he's a prowler.
