Okay, 554, 553, and 563 is non-violent consumer, 837 Kipley, it's a transitional house. Charisse Williams is the original complainant. She's involved with a staff member, a female Black Miracle, wearing a green shirt and black pants, advised to lock her out of the residence and threaten to assault her. The complainant is diagnosed with bipolar on her medications, and she's outside. A female Black, brown, purple shirt and green pants at 837 Kipley, 554. 4.
