104, copy a reckless, possibly a juvenile problem. 104. 3818 West Castle Pines Way, the Ridge Apartments. Time lapse now about two hours ago. Complainant saying there were juveniles running small motorcycles around the complex for several hours. One wearing a red helmet and the other wearing a green helmet. Nothing further.
