I'm directed. If you could go to the headquarters, get an MDT. It's going to be in the area of Broken Land Parkway and 29 Northbound for a homeless-looking subject jumping into traffic. It's a Hispanic male with no shirt, black and yellow shorts. Truck 7, it's okay. Caller advised he has a bicycle and is walking towards Stevens Forest Road against traffic. 1139. Charlie 41, advise.
