431. 1 Boy 1. Suspicious circumstances at Seattle Maritime Academy, 4455 Shoshol Avenue Northwest. Call came in at 708 this morning. Said two suspects from earlier this morning had stripped wire with bolt cutters from the property and a light, lighter and torch were seen. White male, 30s, hunched over, black pants with a white male, 30s, brown sweatshirt.
