Emergency units, violent male, mental illness, 6326 South Harcourt, 6326 South Harcourt Avenue. Suspect is a brother, male, Hispanic, 35 years, dark green sweatsuit, throwing rocks at cars, and almost hit an elderly neighbor. It's code 3, incident 1068, RD 1231.
