Medic 24 from the area of 21st and Ridge. Unknown call for EMS at 2156 North Covington Court. 2156 North Covington Court. All we have on this so far is that somebody called 911 but was not speaking directly to 911, saying somebody's bleeding. Talking to somebody else saying don't lay him on his head like that.
