Unit 491, got a person down across the street from the Market Diner at 2100 Park Street. 2100 Park Street. Caller is not on scene, just a passerby. States they saw approximately 40-year-old white male face down on the sidewalk. Unknown if he was breathing, unknown if he was conscious, but male was not moving. Patient is last seen wearing black hoodie, dark pants. AMR's been started. 255.
