Lmao the cops not showing up is the funniest part when they have been patrolling the neighborhood today,but missed out on this action lmao
In order to get LAPD to respond to a car accident you have to tell the 911 operator that someone's missing their legs or that you can see brains on the ground or something
I KNEW I heard an accident... I waited about 10 minutes for something to show up on the citizen app but i I didn't see anything about it.. but now 45 minutes later I can see there was an accident on citizen
