I think one of these might have to go over, let them know they got to talk to Cook County, but it says assistant in 2121 Prairie. He needs police assistance to serve documents to a tenant, and then it's the number one park at 1558 Wabash. Caller locked inside the parking lot, two vehicles blocking the entrance. One is a Chevy Equinox, one is a Chrysler van. Nothing further.
