5. Good morning. This came over first as a disturbance. It's now an arson just occurred at North and Hamlin, the restaurant. They said that there was a group of eight individuals arguing outside, and then someone tried to set her car on fire. They threw something in her vehicle. Fire's been put out, so CFD is not ruling.
