Any Valley traffic unit, attempt ADW with a vehicle, 13051 Victory Boulevard at Valletta, Van Nuys parking lot. I see a PR in a black Honda Accord, suspect vehicle is a red Ford or sedan. The driver, male, Hispanic, 30 to 35 years, bald, black t-shirt, silver chain, appears to be 390, threw a glass bottle at the PR's vehicle. Attempted to TC. Monitor comments for additional, it's code 2.
