3820 Rainier Avenue South at the Ross. Inside, there's a male who's possibly high and refusing to leave, arguing with the caller. No weapons. It's a white male, early 30s, about 5'8", medium build with red hair. Last seen wearing a green hoodie, white shorts, green socks, and Nike shoes. PRC is now walking out southbound towards Andover. They're requesting an area check into trespassing if located.
