526 Charlie, disturbance at 2497 Hale Avenue. Complainant is a 13-year-old, Amos Swartz, who advised there are 15 male, Black, and male, Hispanic standing in front of the residence, talking to his dad regarding the stolen phone. His dad will be a male, white, Eric Swartz, unknown clothing, subject to yelling back and forth, accusing him of taking personal items. 2497 Hale Avenue, 526. I'll put it on the check.
