Also a solicitor complaint. It's going to be Culver's, 1325 East Capitol Drive. There's a subject who's walking between cars in the drive-thru asking customers for money. The caller is an employee at Culver's, would like him trespassed. It's going to be a black male, bald, dark-colored sweatshirt and jeans. Advise if you'd like a second as well.
