4 Charlie 65. Charlie 65, it's a 647F, 1825 Lyme Avenue. It's going to be in the alley rear. Three to four male Hispanics, 45 to 60 years old. One's wearing a blue shirt and jeans, second wearing no shirt and jeans, no weapons involved. Looks like subjects are drinking and yelling at each other.
