S-91. Ma'am, can you please copy a 34 at 71 northbound on the 161 ramp? It's going to be a male hitting on a person in the grass right before the exit. Unsure if it's a female or not. Male, Black, all-black clothing. Secondary call came in saying there's a silver sedan on the berm. Another two-door coupe about 400 yards northbound. Says they're either beating a guy or helping.
