Units, it occurred at East Hillsborough and Federal, going southbound. Reference to 809 motorcycles with no lights. They're running the red lights, leaving in and out of traffic. They were last seen passing Federal and the 1300 block. They're going to be dirt bikes. Advising that they're now in the Pompano area, no further. Case is 3488 and 2409. Now on Federal and Hillsborough. 10-0. Area 148.
