Suspect number one, male, Hispanic, bald head, dark complexion, no shirt. Possibly 390s. Suspect number two, female, Hispanic, light complexion, heavy set, red hair. Also possibly 390. Both suspects seen wrapping towel around a baby's face. Code 2 incident 2957, RD 20.
