425 George, that is a harassment at their 250 at 6625 South 19th Street. Subject in a red SUV with no license plate, stopping in front of the house and holding the horn down until someone comes out and leaves. Then comes back last seen eastbound on St. Charles. Four ago, will come and leave. Signed on the door, recurring issue, and doesn't know who the subject is. So, ask for contact at 1726. Can we get a backup? I can advise, thank you.
