Mishawaka Avenue, South Ironwood Drive. Female, possibly mentally ill, was walking through rocks with a child, yelling profanities, took off her pants. They advised East Ironwood, no longer on scene. It's going to be a white female, 50, took pants off, baggy shirt. Caller refused additional. Mishawaka and Ironwood.
