315, 213, I'm sending down a threat in progress at 5401 Old Court Road. 5401 Old Court, it's Northwest Hospital, cross streets, Carlson Lane and Gray Fox Road. Caller, Rachel, is advising a patient in the ER department is threatening staff. No known weapons available, but the suspect is a Black male, age 26. His name is Tony Glass. He's wearing a white shirt and blue and black shorts. He has threatened to shoot the complainant and beat up.
