Suspect is a male, White, 35 to 40 years, white t-shirt, blue jeans, black object, poking out of pocket. Suspect was staring at the PR. PR believes suspect possibly has a weapon, no weapons seen. It's information only on incident 2880, RD 851. Any West LA unit?
