660. 533. 660, 533. A suspicious person with a weapon on Roney and South Salina. Caller's reporting a 40s black male, I assume wearing a red shirt with dreadlocks, has a hatchet on his back. I see northbound, heading northbound on South Salina Street. Was in an altercation with someone earlier and potentially he hatched. It's going to be a weapon. 1939.
