Got a check while being on the beat over at McDonald's, 4946 North Milwaukee. 4946 Milwaukee. Male Hispanic, light blue shirt on, gray pants, ran behind the counter stating somebody was chasing after him. He refused to call the police and I guess he's refusing to leave from behind the counter?
