Welfare at Lowe's, 2650 MacArthur Road. Callers are passing by. They said there's a 7-year-old male sitting in the front seat of a blue Jeep Renegade with no A.C. The child motioned that the parents are inside the store. The caller's been watching for 15 minutes and no one's come out. They said they'll be waiting there to speak with you and point them out. Lowe's, 2650 MacArthur Road. 10-4.
