23. It's going to be harassment. The Byrne Park Water Tower, 601 Ackerman Ave, Clarendon, 85's a Stephanie Sewell's, and there's three motorcycles operated by 30s to 35-year-old white males. They're harassing the complainant. No mention of weapons. I'll send you the rest of the notes on 1803.
