This is coming in as an assault just occurred at 1004 West Wilson, 1004 West Wilson Avenue. Caller states a male threatened and harassed him in front of the McDonald's. Male, black, face tattoos, wearing all black, last seen headed northbound on Sheridan. Caller states the man looks like he's up to no good. Caller's no longer on scene. No further.
